You will be weighed on a body mass scale at the beginning of your personal training journey; this is to know where you are starting from. This scale will show your total weight, body fat and muscle mass. Depending on your personal goals a customized workout will be created just for you. You will also get some exercises shown to you to follow-up on your own in between your sessions. Depending on your weight loss goals some nutrition suggestions can be made. Various pieces of equipment will be used such as free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, bands, and a suspension resistance system similar to TRX.
