Joy is fantastic! I have been seeing Joy for 10 years. She has intuitive hands that identify the problem and remove the knots and tension with the least amount of pressure. Joy explains why I have the pain and gives me stretches to do to ease my ailments. I’ve gone to a number of “fancy” spas that have had all the bells and whistle‘s but the massages do not compare to Joy’s massages and how I feel after leaving her office. I have recommended Joy to a number of my friends who all have wonderful things to say about her too.

I just started about two weeks ago with Joy Rober. This is an amazing class Joy is wonderful so professional and helps you through the whole class. After my second visit I already feel 100% better I can feel it working in my abs, buns and legs. Your whole body feels wonderful when you're done and I'm definitely starting to see improvement. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Joy. She is knowledgable and intuitive. If you hurt, she will help you to heal. She is the best, and I've been to many physical and/or massage therapists for a variety of ills over the years. She is also a terrific personal trainer bringing her abilities to work on all your problems in a manner that works for you. She once said to me "you can pay me for massage for relief or you can pay me to train you to help heal yourself." I chose the latter and have never regretted the decision. By fate she was part of my life when I recently went thru a serious surgery. My doctors were all impressed by my strength and stamina and overall healthy attitude and ability to recover. Having Joy to help after I was cleared to start working out again was key to getting back to normal. Oh, and she is a really nice person as well!

For as long as I can remember, I've had chronic tightness and worsening pain in many areas of my body. My body often felt broken and much older than I actually am. I've seen a chiropractor, and done massage therapy in the past, yet none of these things ever made a substantial difference and impact on the quality of how I feeling each day. Just a few months ago I found my trainer Joy Rober, and the The Wellness for Life practice. Joy cares about each of her clients, and is able to use her knowledge of the body to customize a specific treatment plan for each and every client she works with. Through massage and pilates training, Joy and I continue to work on realigning and correcting my posture. Already my core is stronger, my pain is much less, and my muscle tightness is much better.
