For as long as I can remember, I've had chronic tightness and worsening pain in many areas of my body. My body often felt broken and much older than I actually am. I've seen a chiropractor, and done massage therapy in the past, yet none of these things ever made a substantial difference and impact on the quality of how I feeling each day. Just a few months ago I found my trainer Joy Rober, and the The Wellness for Life practice. Joy cares about each of her clients, and is able to use her knowledge of the body to customize a specific treatment plan for each and every client she works with. Through massage and pilates training, Joy and I continue to work on realigning and correcting my posture. Already my core is stronger, my pain is much less, and my muscle tightness is much better.
Before I met Joy, I had given up hope that my body would ever feel good again. Joy gave me hope that I could feel better, and showed me that there is a path to a healthier and happier life. We still have much to work on, but I feel confident that Joy will be able to help get me where I want to be.
